Furnished 2-bedroom apartment for digital nomads in Ericeira, monthly rental

Our bright and modern apartment is part of the new Ericeira Infinity building in the peaceful Urbiceira neighborhood - a 12-minute walk from Ericeira’s lively center and a 20-minute walk to the beach. Designed with comfort and functionality in mind, it’s the ideal base for digital nomads looking to blend productive workdays with the relaxed rhythm of coastal living.

Work setup

Two bedrooms, two desks, two private bathrooms: perfect for one remote worker who likes space, or for two people who both need to take calls. Prefer a change of scenery? Several coworking spaces in town offer day passes and monthly memberships such as Coastal Cowork Collective, Kelp Cowork or Doma, prices are around 198€ per month.

Connectivity

The building is equipped with the latest fiber-optic technology for fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Our latest speed test measured in June 2026 showed 216 Mbps download and 124 Mbps upload.

The apartment

The apartment features high-end finishes, large windows, and plenty of natural light. The open-plan kitchen and living room lead directly to a 17m² balcony, perfect for morning coffee or an evening sunset after work. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, including an oven, microwave and dishwasher, and there’s ample counter space for longer stays. A washing machine with dryer is included, which makes longer stays easy.

The primary bedroom (17m²) includes a comfortable king-sized bed (180x200 cm) and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom (13m²) features a double bed (140x200 cm) and its own bathroom. There’s additional closet space in the entrance hall to store your luggage and a guest lavatory for convenience. The apartment is A+ energy-rated, with air conditioning, double-glazed windows, and solar-powered water heating - ensuring year-round comfort. Free parking is available on the street.

Location and getting around

You’ll find everything you need in downtown Ericeira:

  • - A grocery store

  • - Cafés and bakeries perfect for your daily espresso fix

  • - Several coworking spaces with a vibrant nomad community

  • - The beach, ideal for a surf session or a walk between calls

The apartment sits on a hill, giving you those beautiful views - but it also means the walk back from the shops can be a bit of a workout. We usually grab an Uber after grocery runs - it’s quick and inexpensive.

Ericeira is just 35 km from Lisbon and easy to reach without a car. Direct public buses run from Lisbon’s Campo Grande station (right next to the metro) and take roughly 55 to 80 minutes, depending on the line and time a day. A single ticket costs about 4.50€. The buses arrive at Ericeira’s bus terminal, and from there an Uber or Bolt covers the rest of the way. From Lisbon Airport, we have a driver who can pick you up at the same cost of an Uber. The ride takes about 40 minutes.

Quiet and calm

Completed in 2023, the building sits in a new, quiet area with some ongoing construction nearby. It’s rarely noticeable, and the apartment’s soundproofed windows keep calls and focus time peaceful.

  • - From 2.000€ per month, minimum one month

  • - Included: electricity, Wi-Fi, water (cleaning and linen on request)

  • - Deposit 500€, plus tourist tax for the first 7 nights per person

  • - Payment by bank transfer, strict cancellation policy (30 days in advance)

  • - Invoice with your company details on request

Traveling with family?

The apartment is also well suited for young children. We provide a highchair, travel bed, LEGO, Uno, and a few favorite toys.
